When setting up an FTP server, is it possible to allow access to more than one physical drive?

I have successfully set up and connected to an FTP server on my computer via filezilla. The problem? For some reason, even though under users: shared folders, I have added all of my drives (and marked the C as my home drive) when I connect to the server, I can only access the files in the C: drive. What's going on?
