I won't be swapping either till at least May next year, so I understand there will be other devices out by that time. But if I was to swap both my iPad and One X now, what would you recommend to replace them?
Tablet:
The big choice is whether to continue with 10 inch or drop down to 7 inch. I love the big screen on my iPad fr things like web browsing and watching films/Netflix. However, it's not very portable and I love my mums Nexus 7 for that. Should I continue with Apple and go for the new iPad or iPad Mini, or go with Android and choose Nexus 7 or Nexus 10? I do prefer Android to Apple and although the Nexus 10 is fantastic, I'm not massively keen on the design but don't know whether I will miss the big screen if I go for Nexus 7?
Nexus 7?
Nexus 10?
iPad Mini?
iPad 4?
Phone
Like I said the One X is great. It's hugely quick at everything, the design if fantastic and the camera and display are incredible. However, because the processor wasn't adapted for ICS, it can lag sometimes and it's anyone's guess as to when HTC will release JB in the UK! I will choose Android for my phone and I'm not considering Apple's iPhone. I know new phones will be out by next May but for now, what should I choose?
Galaxy S3?
Nexus 4?
I love both but I like the Nexus 4 a lot as updates are instant, it's running on the latest version of Android and it looks a great phone with quad core power, a fantastic camera and great screen. However, I know the S3 is popular for a reason and that too is quad core, has a great display and a great camera. I heard battery life is better too?
What should I choose for my next tab and phone if I was to go out now and get them?
What is a VPN?
VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia).
